Chestertown Wildlife Art Show , 2008

Once again I'll be at the show this year. The show times are : Friday, October 17 from 5pm - 9pm and Saturday, October 18 from 9:30am to 4:30pm.  I will be in the Visitor's Center again this year.  Stop by and see what's new.

Paintings

Having just returned from a trip to Peru, I have been working on a Cock-of-the-Rock painting.  And since the bird isn't that large I am painting it life-size.  The background is very green and leafy like it's jungle home.  I have also been working on my life-size male lion portrait.  It is 4 1/2 ft x 7 ft.

Also from Peru, I have roughed-out a life-size White-throated Hawk.
